Exchange Policy
Given that we operate on a print on demand basis and the nature of the product we sell, we do not offer exchanges or returns on all products. If you have any questions, please email us at contact@shirtate.com.
Customised products can not be refunded or exchanged.
In the unlikely event that the item was received in an unstable condition from Shirtate.com we will hold full responsibility.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by sending us an email to contact@shirtate.com, Online payments will be refunded within 5 business days, Please note that it might take up to 21 business days for your refund to show in your bank statement.
Shipping
Shirtate.com aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Due to huge influxes of orders we often receive, it may take 2-4 business days to ship your order (International Shipments). We appreciate your patience and always do our best to ship quickly.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping but at this time are unable to ship to select countries. We currently ship to the following countries:
Shirtate.com does not charge any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. This is the responsibility of the customer. There are different cost per destination, but we strive to keep the charges as minimal as possible. Duties (or Customs Tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise. International taxes (such as value added, tax, or vat) are set by the destination country.
