Do you want to exchange something?
No problem! Exchanges are FREE for our customers.
You can exchange any item within 3 days of receiving your order.
We’ll send your replacement to the original delivery address. “+delivery cost“
Check that you have the updated mailing address on your account.
If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.
All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you :(.
Customised products can not be refunded or exchanged.
In the unlikely event that the item was received in an unstable condition from Shirtate.com we will hold full responsibility.
